{Powers and Abilities}
Special Powers: All of Cyborg’s powers come from the fact that he’s a cyborg. He has an arsenal built into him, including a sonic cannon in his right arm, a smaller sonic blaster in his left foot, and two sets of missile launchers (one in each shoulder). He also has various other tools and gadgets built into himself, such as a chainsaw, a welder, a blow torch, a grappling hook, a high end sensor, a communication system, and various other things. He also has super human durability and superhuman strength, able to lift about 10 tons or so. However, he also has to recharge his system every so often (like a battery) as well as requiring sleep like a normal human. If he's unable to recharge or he drains all of his power fighting, he'll be shut down and end up unconscious. His cybernetic eye is also unable to see ultra-violet light. If someone gets access to his blueprints, they’ll be able to know just about everything about him, including how to hack into his system and access all of his memories.

Mental Health: Sane! As long as he doesn’t get infected with a virus. Then, um. He may or may not suffer from hallucinations where just about everything is food.
Skills: He’s extremely skilled with any form of technology and mechanical engineering. He basically built himself, after all, and also built his own highly technologically advanced car, space ship, and submarine. He’s an excellent hacker and a pretty good cook. And no one defeats him in video games! Well, except Robin or Beast Boy once in awhile, but only when they’re really lucky. He’s also very good at hand-to-hand combat and has very good leadership skills, but he's normally pretty good at following orders, too. Unless he really thinks he knows better.

{Background Info}
History: Victor Stone was born and raised in Jump City. His parents were moderately wealthy, and he had a pretty happy childhood. He was popular in school, which only increased when he got to middle school and became a starting football player. That stayed the same when he moved on to high school, and for a few months he cheerfully continued on in the role of popular star athlete.

Then he got into a car accident. Which would have been fatal, if his parents hadn’t agreed to let him undergo an experimental process. When it was finished, he was alive, but he was mostly machine. Victor was pretty much devastated. Not only was he now a cyborg, but he wasn’t even really a good one. As a way of dealing with his grief, he focused entirely on perfecting his robot parts. His parents couldn’t deal with this, and soon after he had everything mostly to his satisfaction, he left home and took the name Cyborg.

He remained in Jump City, helping people out when he could, but mostly staying in the shadows. Until Starfire arrived in the city and started on a bit of a rampage. He ran into Robin, Beast Boy, and Raven while attempting to stop her. When they found out Starfire was actually trying to escape some people who had been holding her prisoner to be a prize for some competition, they helped defeat the bad aliens. The five of them decided to found the Teen Titans.

None of them really had homes, so they built Titans Tower on an island in the bay. (Well, actually, it was mostly Cyborg, with some help from the others. All of the tech stuff was his, anyway.) This gave them a place to live and train, as well as a base of operation. The five of them became really good friends, as well as fighting bad guys on a regular basis. They’ve been through a lot together, including weird evil magicians, British guys obsessed with hypnosis, the H.I.V.E. academy and its villains-in-training, time-traveling thieves, and a whole bunch of other weird baddies.

Personality: Generally a cheerful, fun-loving guy, Cyborg’s always up for playing ridiculous games like stank ball or battling people in video games. With his friends, he’s loud and out-going, although he can be quiet and more solemn around people he doesn’t know (especially if that person’s a civilian). He can be very stubborn, especially when he thinks he’s right. This even extends to the point where he's left the Titans a couple of times based on arguments with Robin. He always comes back, though, mostly willing to apologize.

Sometimes, he still misses being human. It’s something he still struggles with, despite liking his abilities and having friends who accept him. He misses normal high school, being an athlete, and being able to walk around without people looking at him like he’s a freak. He generally hides this part of him very well, even from his friends. It only comes out at times when he’s forcibly reminded of what he doesn’t have anymore.

He can be very focused and mission orientated, especially when he considers the mission personal (such as when a bad guy steals his tech), but with lots of prompting, he’ll listen to his teammates rather than going off on his own. The other Titans are the first people since his accident that accepted him, and as such they’re his closest friends. When they get hurt (especially if he thinks it’s his fault), he gets very displeased.
